Digital Nyota, at digitalnyota.com, prepares animated invitations for a photo studio and its clients. Using a public invitation link, a family edit link, or the studio dashboard means you accept these terms.
Who the site is for
Guests open one link. They can read the card and, if the family asked for replies, send an RSVP. They do not get an account. The family receives a private link to correct a spelling and see replies. That link should not be posted publicly. Studio staff sign in with an allowlisted Google account to prepare and publish the card.
Photographs, music, and names
The studio and the client are responsible for having permission to use the names, photographs, and music placed on a card. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, and do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or misleading invitations.
The published link
A published link is for the celebration it describes. We may unpublish a card that infringes someone else’s rights, misuses a guest’s information, or breaks these terms. Payment for a card is arranged with the studio. This website does not take card payments.
