Digital Nyota
Privacy Policy

Digital Nyota is a studio service at digitalnyota.com. We prepare animated invitations for celebrations in India and Nepal. Couples and guests do not create accounts.
Google sign-in
Only studio staff sign in with Google. We receive the account name, email address, and profile photo from Google, and we use them to check that the person is on our staff allowlist. We do not ask wedding guests or client families to sign in with Google.
What we store for a card
For an invitation, the studio keeps the names, parent names, date, venues, a short story, photographs, and a music file supplied by the studio or the family. A guest who replies may give a name, phone number, whether they are coming, how many people are in the party, and a short note. An enquiry from the website includes a name, WhatsApp number, occasion, date, and message.
Where it is kept
Invitation records and replies are stored in our database. Photographs and music are stored as files so guests can open the card. The website is hosted so the public link can be shared on WhatsApp. A published card is meant to be seen by the people the family sends it to. Draft photos and unfinished edits stay off that public link.
How we use it
We use this information to make the card, show it to guests, give the family the reply list for their caterer, and answer enquiries. We do not sell personal information. A WhatsApp conversation stays on WhatsApp.
Asking us to remove something
Write to hello@digitalnyota.com if you want an enquiry, a reply, or an invitation taken down. We will remove what we can from the live card and our records.
